7	Church Ministry Team	Church Ministry Coordinator – Bruce Nelson, Chandler Gilbert; Church Ministry Chairmen of host area - Coordinate local efforts to meet the convention goal of 25 churches.
8	Countdown-100 Program	Paul Marshall, Prescott - Provide guidance to encourage camps in reaching the convention Faith Fund goal of $125,000; that he inspires our men to give generously beyond $1.60 for 100 days.
9	Bible Hour Speaker	Pastor Terrell Eldreth; First Southern Baptist Church Pastor - That he provides inspirational messages.
10	Auxiliary Scripture Funds Program	Rhonda Connally, Roswell - Provide guidance to encourage camps in reaching the Auxiliary Heart Program goal of $37,500; that she inspires the Auxiliary to give generously beyond $1.60 for 100 days.
11	Facilities Chairman	Paul Marshall, Prescott - Coordinates hotel conference rooms, banquet preparations, and usher and greeter committee.
12	Pastors Appreciation Banquet	For more than TBD pastors and guests and many more Gideons to show our love and appreciation for them!
13	Registration Coordinator	Terry Turner, Phoenix Central - Coordinates registration, event ticket sales, and name tags.
14	Publicity/Flyers	Terry Turner, Phoenix Central - Prepares publicity to promote the convention throughout the association and assists at the registration table.
15	Ushers and Greeters Coordinators	TBD - Staffs and trains ushers and greeters.
16	Program & Printing Coordinators	John Ortega, Roswell, Rio Rancho - Coordinates the convention program and prints convention documentation.

23	Presidents Breakfasts	That we will have 100% attendance, with every camp president there to represent their camps as the Faith Fund offerings are brought forward.
24	Church Services and Gideon Speakers	For open doors, excellent speakers, and strengthened church relationships.
25	Area Camps	Prescott – Paul Marshall Flagstaff – Alan Anderson Sedona Verde Valley – John Mason
26	Attendance & Traveling Mercies	Each Southwest Association Camp represented, at least 250 men and women attend, and safe travel for all to and from the convention.
27	Our Elections	That men and women will be called and will step forward to lead this ministry.
28	The Gideon and Auxiliary Programs and Special Speakers	That all presentations are informative
29	The Finance Team	Mitch Entrican, Tucson North - That all convention finances, church receipts, and offerings are handled with accuracy and efficiency.
30	Youth and Childrens Program	Pray that those who attend are spiritually blessed and grow in their walk with the Lord.
31	Convention Hotel Staff and Facilities	That we will be a reflection of Christ in our witness to them.
